In other words, I owned a \u201cJ.O.B.\u201d and NOT a business!<\/p>\nAnswering calls at all hours to discuss \u201cwhich font\u201d a client wanted on their \u201cabout page\u201d only made me feel like a dancing monkey! A high paid dancing monkey \u2013 sure.<\/p>\n
But dammit!<\/p>\n
Do you think that’s what I dreamed of when I journeyed into the world of entrepreneurship?<\/p>\n

It wasn’t until I took a long hard look at what the core of my offer was that I could fix it.<\/p>\n
In my case, it was the result my clients were after. They wanted more exposure for their business. They wanted to reach more customers\/clients for their business. They simply wanted to grow!<\/p>\n
Once I understood this, I realized I could \u201cproductize\u201d my offer. And all of this required a minor shift.<\/p>\n
I only needed ONE client\u2026<\/p>\n
Me.<\/p>\n
By transforming my offer from a service to a product, I turned the tables.<\/p>\n

Here’s what I did:
1. I focused on industries I could help.<\/p>\n
2. I created my own assets that got the results I used to deliver to the clients as a service.<\/p>\n
3. Only now, those results were for my own assets that I own and control!<\/p>\n
4. Instead of being a service provider, I became a \u201cdigital landlord\u201d of the product that generated the desired result.<\/p>\n
5. With this \u201cproduct\u201d \u2013 I own the cash flow producing asset \u2013 NOT a \u201ctrade time for money\u201d service.<\/p>\n
6. This required no change in what I already did.<\/p>\n
7. It merely required a shift in how I delivered it.<\/p>\n
