It&#8217;s better than we ever imagined and we didn&#8217;t think we would ever get to this point.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She added that Evie, now two and a half, was &#8220;absolutely in love with her little sister&#8221;, and the couple were &#8220;so grateful&#8221; to those who had donated.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"media-landscape has-caption full-width\"><span class=\"image-and-copyright-container\"><\/p>\n<p>            <\/span><figcaption class=\"media-caption\"><span class=\"off-screen\">Image caption<\/span><br \/>\n                <span class=\"media-caption__text\"><br \/>\n                    Marisha Chaplin, 26, and Jon Hibbs, 29, also have a daughter called Evie<br \/>\n                <\/span><br \/>\n            <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The couple met as teenagers in 2007 when Ms Chaplin was having treatment and her future partner Mr Hibbs came in for a check-up.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I saw him and said to our Clic Sargent worker &#8216;I fancy him&#8217; basically, and she said she could give him my MSN address,&#8221; said Ms Chaplin.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"story-body__unordered-list\">\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/live\/uk-england-derbyshire-46694368\" class=\"story-body__link\">Latest news and stories from the East Midlands<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She knew she would have fertility problems due to her cancer treatment so they started trying for a baby when she was 16.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was told by the time I was 23 my ovaries would give up,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At 16 my gynaecologist said &#8216;You need to try for children sooner rather than later if you want them&#8217;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure class=\"media-with-caption\">\n<div class=\"player-with-placeholder\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"media-placeholder player-with-placeholder__image narrative-video-placeholder\" src=\"https:\/\/ichef.bbci.co.uk\/images\/ic\/720x405\/p0599wdz.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Media playback is unsupported on your device<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><figcaption class=\"media-with-caption__caption\"><span class=\"off-screen\">Media caption<\/span>The money was raised secretly and revealed in a video played via Facebook Live<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>They started IVF using donor eggs when Ms Chaplin was 23 and had Evie in May 2016.<\/p>\n<p>She then joined the Facebook group, called May Babies 2016, which was for other mothers who had given birth at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>After raising \u00a32,000 last July, members created a video to surprise the couple and played it to them via Facebook Live.<\/p>\n<p>In the emotional clip, Ms Chaplin starts to cry even before being told they had raised the money.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"media-landscape no-caption body-width\"><span class=\"image-and-copyright-container\"><\/p>\n<p>            <\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"story-body__crosshead\">You may also like: <\/h2>\n<figure class=\"media-landscape no-caption body-width\"><span class=\"image-and-copyright-container\"><\/p>\n<p>            <\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The couple used frozen embryos left over from their previous IVF treatment, meaning Evie and Isla are full genetic sisters.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We didn&#8217;t ever think we had the chance to have another little one and the fact she&#8217;s here is so surreal,&#8221; said Ms Chaplin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Even when she came out we were like &#8216;Is that our baby?
